All deposits at Keela are non-refundable. However, if you cancel your booking, your deposit can be transferred to a future event or another person.
This is mainly due to the tax laws in portugal. We must submit the invoices immediately to the tax authorities, pay 23% VAT and income taxes on your payments. We also get charged for international transfers, and we face a financial loss if we may refund deposits. On top of this, the administration costs and course planning are impacted. So please book the course when you know you can attend it!
Final payments are non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking or transferred to another individual.
If you leave a course early, any payment is not refundable.
