Join our permaculture community as a videographer volunteer. Off-grid farm and education centre in central Portugal, as a videographer and use your skills to help us while we teach you everything about permaculture.

Permaculture Videographer

  • You will help us film and edit courses about various permaculture topics for our upcoming permaculture course. Here you will essentially have a private course on each permaculture topic and get that info to your memory while you edit the course and become an expert on a huge range of permaculture topics.
  • This is a collaboration offered in exchange for the experience, along with food and accommodation on-site. You’ll be part of a hands-on permaculture project, with the opportunity to capture a real, evolving story and build a strong, unique portfolio.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on such areas of the farm. For example, if you are filming a course on how to look after chickens, you have the opportunity to look after the chickens to get closer to them and film b-roll. You will also have access to years of our broll footage
  • You will be part of the community here and share community tasks such as cooking, cleaning and basic garden work
  • You will have your own laptop and be able to use premier pro or similar application. Costs will be covered for the application.
  • You will receive a profit share of any income from the videos during your stay.
  • We can provide a gopro and mic but you may also have your own camera
  • You will turn each video in a reel to help advertise the course
  • Ideally, you will start on a volunteer start date and stay for three months, but shorter and longer opportunities can be possible.
