Permaculture Farm Stay

You are welcome to stay and experience our off-grid permaculture farm in Central Portugal. Find out what off-grid living in nature is all about, learn from us how we got started and see some of our permaculture and off-grid systems.

About Keela
Permaculture
Farm

We care for thousands of trees as part of our reforestation efforts, and have planted agroforests, food forests, and other tree-based systems that now yield a rich harvest of vegetables, fruits, and proteins.

Alongside our self-built natural buildings, we produce our own soap, olive oil, wine, wool, timber, herbs, and spices — and we’re self-sufficient in water, electricity, and much more.

We love sharing this journey with our guests, and we’d love to inspire you on your own sustainability and permaculture path too. Come visit us in central Portugal — we’ll do our best to share what we’ve learned and help you bring permaculture into your own life. Otherwise, you can follow along on Instagram and Facebook
