Resident Yoga Teachers
Laurence Manchee a resident and co-founder of Keela Yoga Farm has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and has used yoga to help increase flexibility, learn to slow down the fluctuations of his mind to not spend so much thinking. He has used it to back problems due to prolonged bad posture or working at desks. Laurence completed his first yoga teacher training in Vinyasa and Ashtanga in India, then continued to do another training in Singapore on Hatha Vinyasa with Noha Maze as well as attending countless workshops with various teacher trainers around the world. Laurence has taught at yoga centers in cities and retreats and teaches one third of the classes at Keela Yoga Farm. His classes are a mix between alignment workshops, intense workouts and relaxing classes with deep stretches. He also takes meditation, acroyoga, partner yoga or pranayama classes.
Kimberly Wright – Kimberly also completed her yoga teacher training in vinyasa flow and ashtanga in India at Sampoorna Yoga and then went on to do a second teacher training with Kino Mcgregor. She is also experienced teacher in kids yoga and prenatal yoga. Kimberly teachers a third of the classes which tend to be more relaxed. She also takes weekly yoga nidra, pranayama or meditation classes.
